A native of Meizhou, Guangdong Province, a member of the CPC, and an entrepreneur in Shenzhen for more than 30 years Industrial Entrepreneur.

He used to be the secretary of Wuhua Laolou Village, and is now the chairman of Shenzhen Toyocool Refrigeration Equipment Co.,LTD, Shenzhen Boskote Environmental Energy Technology Co., Ltd, and Guangdong Boskote Kitchen Appliance Technology Co., Ltd. He is the executive vice-chairman of Shenzhen QINJIANG Culture Research Association, Longgang Wuhua Economic Promotion Association, Guangdong Hengpi Yucai Foundation, Guangdong Hi-Tech Industry Chamber of Commerce, and Longgang Private Enterprises Chamber of Commerce, etc. He is also the executive vice-chairman of Shenzhen QINJIANG Culture Research Association.

He has taken master's and doctoral programmes in management at Tsinghua University and the University of Hong Kong, and has lectured at Shenzhen University, Shenzhen Radio and Television University, Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology and other institutions of higher learning.

He was awarded "Advanced Individual Respecting Teachers" by Wuhua County Government and "Shenzhen Entrepreneurial Person of the Year" by National Life Cup.
