Open chiller

Open chiller is a kind of equipment used for refrigeration and cooling, commonly used in industrial production and commercial places. It mainly exchanges hot water or hot gas with air through water circulation or direct spraying to achieve the purpose of cooling.

The working principle of 20HP open chiller is to use water to absorb heat in the process of evaporation, so as to achieve the cooling effect. Its basic components include compressor, condenser, evaporator and expansion valve. When the compressor works, the high temperature and high pressure gas is compressed into a high temperature and high pressure gas and transfers heat to the condenser and cools into a high temperature and high pressure liquid. Then, the liquid is suddenly depressurised through the expansion valve into a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid, which then enters the evaporator, thus achieving the refrigeration effect.
