Electroplating chemical chiller unit is a kind of cooling equipment specially used in electroplating industry, which is mainly used to reduce the heat generated in the electroplating process and keep the temperature of electroplating solution stable, so as to ensure that the electroplating process is carried out normally. The chiller unit transfers the heat to the cold water through the freezing circulation system, and then sends the cooled water back to the electroplating equipment to play the role of cooling and cooling.

The working principle of electroplating chemical chiller group is to use the compressor to compress the low-temperature refrigerant vapour to make its temperature rise, and then through the condenser to emit heat, the vapour condenses into liquid, and then through the expansion valve to reduce the temperature and pressure, to form the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant, which enters into the evaporator to absorb the heat and evaporate, to achieve the effect of temperature reduction. This cycle is continuous, so that the chiller can continue to provide cooling water for electroplating equipment.
