Water cooler is a kind of equipment specially used for heat dissipation, and its working principle is to use water or other liquids to absorb and distribute the heat generated by the equipment, so as to reduce the working temperature of the equipment and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Water cooler usually consists of a radiator, pump and coolant, and its working principle can be divided into the following steps:
Firstly, the heat generated by the equipment is transferred to the radiator. The radiator usually consists of metal pipes and fins through which the heat is transferred to the coolant.
Next, the coolant is pumped to the radiator. The purpose of the pump is to circulate the coolant so that the heat is removed quickly. As the coolant flows through the radiator, it absorbs heat and warms up.
The warmed coolant is then pumped into a cooling tower or cooling fan. In the cooling tower or fan, the coolant comes into contact with the atmosphere and dissipates heat into the air by evaporation and convection. After the coolant has dissipated the heat, its temperature drops and it returns to the radiator for further circulation.
Finally, the coolant circulates back to the radiator again to continue to absorb the heat generated by the equipment, completing the entire heat dissipation cycle.
